Purchase Officer

As a Purchase Officer at Nivo Controls, your primary responsibility will be to procure materials from both national and international vendors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating Purchase orders - Following up and tracking material for on-time delivery - Ensuring the quality of received material, and working with vendors on CAPA if required - Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing with vendors - Building and maintaining good relations with new and existing vendors - Developing new vendors and components - Maintaining and updating supplier scorecards - Updating material status in the ERP system - Working on continuous improvement projects - Coordinating with multiple departments for the execution of orders Qualifications required for this role: - Educational qualification: Any Graduate, preferred Diploma/BE in Elex/Mech - Minimum 3 years of experience - Good team player - Computer proficiency - Experience in material Import/Export and custom activities is preferred - Experience with ERP systems - Good communication and negotiation skills - Willingness to travel for vendor assessments - High moral and ethical values If you are interested in joining Nivo Controls in Indore and believe you meet the qualifications for this role, please send your resume to jobs@nivocontrols.com with the job title in the subject line.,
