PURCHASE MANAGER

Only Male Candidate preferable as Purchase Manager

Must be from the Infrastructure (Piling & Civil Projects) industry with experience in (12-15Years Experience is a Must)

· Responsible for buying / arranging the best quality equipment goods/Materials/spares and services at the most competitive price.

· Inventory Control and Arranging materials at site and maintain record for the same and arrange to provide bills of vendors to accounts department

• Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them.
• Collecting quotations from various vendors and negotiating the prices and other terms & conditions.
• Raising the purchase order and sending to the vendor through e-mail or Courier.
• Follow up the material vigorously with the suppliers to ensure the dispatch on time.

· Have a keen eye on periodical maintenance of machinery to get it done on proper time by arranging the required materials/ service at site.

· Acting fast on resolving breakdown of machinery issues at site by fulfilling the requirements on ASAP Basis.

· Arranging materials for project sites and on time get dispatched and delivered at site and maintain record all purchase goods and arranging bills from vendors.

· Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.

Must Have a mechanical background

· MS Excel/Advance MS Excel/ Google Drive Knowledge require to maintain the records

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
