Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Procurement Planning & Strategy Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost-effective purchasing. Forecast demand and manage material requirements based on project timelines. Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and empanel reliable suppliers and contractors. Maintain long-term relationships with approved vendors. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits. Purchase Execution Issue purchase orders (POs), work orders (WOs), and compare quotations. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Ensure delivery and quality of materials as per project specifications. Inventory Coordination Coordinate with storekeepers and project managers to ensure timely stock replenishment. Track material movement and usage on site. Documentation & Compliance Maintain complete and accurate purchase records and documentation. Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax implications (GST), and internal company policies. Cost Control & Budgeting Work closely with finance and project teams to stay within procurement budgets. Generate cost-saving reports and analysis. Cross-Department Coordination Liaise with Engineering, Finance, Project, and Admin teams for aligned procurement operation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
