Job Description

We are looking for an Admin/Purchase Manager to handle procurement, vendor coordination, and admin responsibilities for our fast-growing corporate catering operations. Responsibilities: ✅ Create & manage Purchase Orders (POs) ✅ Track raw material inventory & update stock records ✅ Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and delivery updates ✅ Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for production & purchase tracking ✅ Daily follow-ups with suppliers & internal teams ✅ Support kitchen & production teams with planning & communication ✅ Handle documentation, basic admin work, and expense records ✅ Share daily reports with management Skills Required: Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge Strong follow-up & coordination skills Clear communication (English & Kannada preferred) Experience in Catering, Cloud Kitchen, or F&B is a plus Must be well-organized and responsible Must live within 5–7 km of Kadugodi area Work Schedule: 6 Days Working Sunday Off | Saturday Half-Day (based on workload) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience) 📞 Apply Now: Call/WhatsApp on (+91)8147895188
