Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead our procurement function, source high-quality materials/suppliers, and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to source materials/products.

2. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers.

3. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

4. Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to reduce costs.

5. Inventory Management: Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience.

2. Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.

4. Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain operations.
