1. Handle end-to-end procurement activities for API and R&D Consumables.
2. Identify and develop qualified suppliers with compliance to USFDA, EMA, and other regulatory market requirements.
3. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contract terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely availability of materials.
4. Maintain healthy relationships with approved suppliers to ensure long-term supply stability.
5. Maintain and update vendor database, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure supplier qualification documentation is up to date.
6. Ensure all purchases adhere to cGMP, audit, and compliance standards.
7. Monitor import/export documentation and coordinate with logistics for smooth material movement.
8. Understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation in pharma procurement.
9. Stay updated on market trends, supplier developments, and new sourcing opportunities in the pharmaceutical R&D domain.
