Role Overview

detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Manager / SCM Officer

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, equipment, and services.
  
• Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base with alternate sourcing options.
  
• Ensure timely procurement and quality assurance for all materials and services.
  

Inventory & Logistics Management

• Manage inventory levels at the warehouse and project sites.
  
• Coordinate with transporters and site teams to ensure smooth material dispatch.
  
• Optimize stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure timely delivery.
  

Cost Control & Budgeting

• Analyze procurement costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with finance and project teams for material budgeting and forecasting.
  

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all purchase and vendor activities align with company policies and statutory regulations.
  
• Maintain purchase records, supplier contracts, and consumption reports accurately.
  

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and stock movement.
  
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to forecast material needs.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in

  Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration

  (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in

  Manufacturing, Construction, or Signage

  industries.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
  
• Proficiency in

  ERP systems

  and

  Advanced Excel

  for SCM operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
