Opes Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. !!

OPES Healthcare is specialized in following verticals of pharmaceutical formulation segment: 1. Contract manufacturing & contract research of finished pharmaceutical formulations (Prescription and OTC Range) under customers brand name. 2. In/Out-licensing of finished pharmaceutical products 3. Marketing & distributions under OPESs brand/customer brand name.

Role & responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers for raw materials (APIs, excipients), packaging materials, and consumables.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Ensure procurement is as per cGMP, FDA, and company standards.
Maintain Approved Vendor List (AVL) and ensure vendor qualification with QA/QC.
Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders in ERP system.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production, Stores, and Planning departments.
Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
Track delivery schedules and expedite orders when required.
Ensure all purchase activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records, agreements, and audit-ready documentation.
Support statutory requirements related to GST, import/export regulations, and vendor payments.
Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Implement vendor rating and performance monitoring.
Liaise with Quality Assurance, Stores, Production, and Finance for smooth procurement processes.
