Purchase/ Inventory Management – IT Products (Laptops, Networking Equipment & Electronic Items)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in inventory management, ensuring efficient material procurement, stock monitoring, and overall flow of inwards and outwards goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing & Procurement:
• Source and procure a range of IT and electronic products including laptops, Desktop, Servers, hard drives (HDDs), cables, wires, networking equipment, and accessories.
• Research and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain records of goods received and issued.
• Inwards & Outwards Coordination:
• Manage and document material inwards and outwards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods.
• Vendor & Team Collaboration:
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal departments for material requirements.
• Provide regular updates on stock levels to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Zoho software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
