Senior Purchase Manager – IT Hardware & Project Procurement

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Purchase Manager to take ownership of end-to-end procurement for IT products and project materials. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IT hardware, networking components, and project-based procurement processes. This role is critical in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality purchases that support both routine and large-scale IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement and inventory management of a wide range of IT products:
• Laptops, desktops, AIO PCs, monitors, printers
• Storage devices (HDDs, SSDs), servers, and server components
• Networking equipment (routers, switches, access points)
• OFC, CAT6, and power cables
• Manage end-to-end procurement for IT infrastructure projects (government or private sector)
• Liaise and build strong relationships with vendors, OEMs, and distributors
• Evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms
• Ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with project schedules
• Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing databases, and vendor performance logs
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand and fulfill material requirements
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, product innovations, and pricing fluctuations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in IT procurement and vendor management
• Strong understanding of IT hardware, networking components, and cabling systems
• Experience in procurement for IT infrastructure projects (government/private)
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, procurement cycles, and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office tools and procurement/ERP software
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, IT, or a relevant field preferred
