Role Overview As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, estimating bills, keeping track of market updates, and ensuring smooth material flow to our restaurant stores. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various vendors for product requirements and order fulfillment.

• Prepare and review bill estimations for multiple vendor quotations.

• Stay updated on the latest products, prices, and market trends in the food industry.

• Maintain communication with restaurant stores to manage stock and supply needs.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per operational requirements.

• Assist in maintaining accurate purchase records and vendor databases.

Requirements

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor coordination (preferably in the food industry).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and purchase order systems.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
