· New Vendor Development. · Timely Procurement of quality product · Issue of Packing material against purchase Order · Get quotations , Cost Comparison and issuing order to best vendor through confirmation from MD/CEO · Visiting vendors regularly and ascertain the stature of the company and timely procurement · Quality Manual for Products & Packing Material with standard Packing System. · Maintenance of Re-Order Level and accordingly material requisite planning by issue of Purchase Order with terms & conditions. · Checking of Purchase Bill as per P.O. · Cross-checking with quality Incharge for goods received as per P.O. · Adherence to Reporting Structure and Review Mechanism · Development of Procurement Process.
