You are a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Executive responsible for supporting procurement activities. Your role involves sourcing products, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining purchase records. Your negotiation abilities and willingness to travel for purchases will be crucial for success. - Procure office supplies and essential materials according to company requirements. - Identify reliable vendors, negotiate for better pricing and quality. - Ensure timely delivery of goods, verify quality and quantity. - Maintain and update purchase records, invoices, and receipts. - Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring. - Travel to local markets or suppliers for urgent material collection. - Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget constraints. Qualifications: - Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant. Required Skills: - Prior experience in purchasing or procurement advantageous. - Basic knowledge of MS-Office and ERP software required. - Mandatory possession of a driving license and two-wheeler. - Must be willing to travel.
