Looking for an Executive for our Purchase/Procurement Department having Good communication and Negotiation Skills and who are dedicated to learn new things in Purchase Department and Supporting the Company for better Client Satisfaction.
Role & Responsibility:
* Assist in Monitoring stock levels and identify purchasing needs of materials – Electrical, hardware, cables, wires, panels, switchgears etc. *Assist in implementation and negotiation of new deals with the existing vendors/dealers based on market reports.
* Assist vendor contract negotiation.
* Responsible for development of vendors as per the procurement plan under supervision. Of the Procurement Manager.
* Systematic maintenance of records and audit trails of quotation, orders, contracts, agreements, payments.
* Coordination with finance team for timely releasing the supplier payments, liabilities.

* Basic Excel knowledge
* A Learner Required Experience: 1-2 years.
