Purchase Executive (Electronics & RM for Drivers)

Position: Purchase Executive

Department: Purchase/Procurement

Reporting to: Purchase Manager

·      Source and procure electronic components and raw materials (RM) required for driver manufacturing.

·      Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate for the best cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

·      Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base for electronic items and driver RM.

·      Coordinate with Production, Planning, and R&D teams to align purchase needs with project requirements.

·      Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.

·      Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and convert to Purchase Orders (POs).

·      Monitor inventory levels and avoid material shortages or excess stock.

·      Maintain documentation of all purchases, supplier performance, and price trends.

·      Graduate/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Supply Chain / Related Field.

·      1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement of electronics items and raw materials.

·      Strong knowledge of electronics components, drivers, and related raw materials.

·      Familiarity with purchase processes, vendor management, PR/PO systems.

·      Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or equivalent).

·      Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

·      Strong vendor relationship management.

·      Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Detail-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
