Pappytech Solutions is a global e-commerce company engaged in cross-border trade and marketplace operations across multiple categories including books, apparel, sports goods, and more. We are rapidly growing and looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and motivated Procurement & Purchase Executive to strengthen our purchasing team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase orders (POs) across multiple categories such as books, apparel, sports goods, etc.
• Source and place orders on marketplaces like Amazon, D2C websites, and direct vendor portals.
• Maximize procurement efficiency by using available discounts, coupons, and offers.
• Scout for best deals, alternate procurement options, and reliable vendors.
• Coordinate and place direct orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate data, reports, and MIS of all purchases.
• Track orders end-to-end, including processing cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Verify purchase order data and prepare error-free records.
• Work with speed and accuracy to ensure purchases are completed within strict timelines.
• Use MS Excel to manage, analyze, and present procurement data.
• Conduct efficient online research and product sourcing across multiple platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate (any stream) with a flair for online shopping and procurement.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations/purchasing (preferred, freshers may also apply).
• Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, pivot preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Fast learner with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
