Purchase Executive

Job Description : Executive- Purchase Qualification- B.Com or Any Graduate Computer access- MS office,E-mail, Tally Experience- 1-2 Yrs+ CTC : 2.4- 2.76 Lacs/ Annum English Reading and writing is must ·        Sound knowledge of purchase handling. ·        Work under the directions of Purchase Manager/ directors. ·        Making purchase for entire unit including Projects & samplings. ·        Material planning as per production orders and minimum stocks inventory. ·        Issuing correct & accurate PO's to Suppliers, Making rectifications or changes if any, with proper authorization.   ·        Time to time vendor visit. ·        New vendor development for alternate supplies and low costs. ·        Vendor follow up for timely material delivery to avoid production loss. ·        Purchase Bills checking as per PO and submitting to accounts. ·        Taking care of payments, informing rejections and debit notes to vendors. ·        Runner planning as well as vehicle planning. ·        Creation of new items in Inventory and Inventory management. ·        System review for improvements and rectifications. ·        Review of stocks of raw material,consumable,packaging etc. ·        Maintaining petty cash for local cash purchases. ·        TO ENSURE THAT MATERIAL IS PROCURED AS PER COMPANY'S SPECIFICATIONS AND ON TIME. ·        TEAM WORK AND CO-ORDINATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS ·        Own Vehicle is must.
