The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement processes, vendor management, and cost negotiations within the textile domain. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure raw materials, fabrics, trims, and other textile-related supplies as per production requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and price. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases. Maintain proper documentation and records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to manage stock levels efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and market pricing. Key Requirements: Experience: 2–4 years in procurement/purchase within the textile industry (mandatory). Strong understanding of textile materials and sourcing practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement tasks.
