Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase & Sourcing Executive
Company: Anmol Chemicals – A trusted name in API, Excipients & Specialty Chemicals

Location: Sandhurst Road, Mumbai (5-min walk from railway station)
Note: Office will shift to Lower Parel in 2 months

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in purchasing APIs, Excipients, and Specialty Chemicals is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify techno-commercially viable and non-infringing routes for product commercialization
• Source and evaluate new vendors for long-term business associations
• Regularly follow up with local vendors/traders to obtain best pricing and timely samples
• Negotiate rates, quantities, and ensure quality compliance of all materials
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials

Requirements:

• Strong command over English (spoken & written)
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
