Import Export Executive

Company: Anmol chemicals (Muby Group)
Position: Executive – Import & Export
Location: Sandhurst Road, Mumbai (for 3 months) → then Lower Parel
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 3+ years (Chemical industry preferred)
Salary: No constraint for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pre & post export documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL Draft, etc.
• Generate insurance certificates and ensure coverage is up to date.
• Prepare DGD for hazardous cargo; knowledge of Haz Class & Packing Groups needed.
• Coordinate with factory, CHA, forwarders, transporters, shipping lines & clients.
• Negotiate Air/Sea freight rates with CHA/shipping lines.
• Review and approve SB/BOE checklists, AWB/BL drafts, etc.
• Manage flight/vessel bookings, arrange DHL/FedEx couriers.
• Handle LC shipments and ensure SCOMET/Narcotics compliance.
• Address customer queries and track cargo until delivery.
• Manage FCL transport, factory stuffing & packing (esp. for hazardous goods).
• Apply for COOs (Preferential/Non-Preferential).
• Maintain export records and track EGM/RODTEP status.
• Handle DGFT/ICEGATE applications, including RODTEP script generation.
• Ensure import/export compliance (HS codes, tariffs, taxes).
• Collaborate with internal teams – logistics, procurement, finance, etc.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and company policies.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
