Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Import Logistics, Export, and Import processes Effective Communication and Customer Service skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation Problem-solving and organizational skills Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance in import/export operations Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software is a plus
