Job Description

Purchase steel coils, plates, sections, fasteners, welding consumables, paints, and other PEB materials.
Identify, develop, and maintain reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing as per budget and company policy.
Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved indent.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, GRN, and related documents.
Coordinate with design, production, store, and project teams for material requirements.
Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
Ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with QC and stores for inspection and acceptance.
Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly.
Avoid over-stocking and shortages.
Coordinate with transporters for dispatch and delivery.
Track deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
Coordinate with accounts for timely vendor payments.
Handle vendor queries and resolve disputes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
