Experience:
3 to 4 years in a similar role
Industry Preference:
Mechanical Equipment Manufacturer / Electrical Motor / Rotating Equipment Manufacturer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential vendors
Source and procure:

Assembly components
Hardware and consumables
Paints and steel casting
Machine parts, cables, and wires

Float RFQs and obtain quotations from vendors
Perform quotation analysis and cost comparisons
Lead commercial negotiations with vendors
Issue and follow up on purchase orders and shipment schedules
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues effectively

Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of ISO procedures and documentation
Proficiency in ERP systems (purchasing modules)
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders
