Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating purchasing orders and procuring company goods and services within an approved budget. Your role will involve conducting research to identify the best goods and services, communicating with vendors and suppliers, and maintaining a database of invoices, purchase orders, and contracts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, tracking order statuses, ensuring compliance with laws, and resolving delivery issues will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will need to possess good customer service and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Create purchasing orders and procure company goods and services based on the approved budget. - Conduct research and communicate with vendors to identify the best goods and services. - Maintain a database of invoices, purchase orders, and contracts, updating it as necessary. - Establish and nurture good working relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Track order statuses and report any delivery issues affecting the final delivery. - Ensure all purchased goods and services meet company standards and comply with relevant laws. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any Graduate - Experience: Fresher to 2 years Company Details: The company is located in Science City, Ahmedabad and offers full-time, permanent job opportunities.
