Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Purchase Assistant, based in Ambala. The Purchase Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating and tracking purchase orders, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also involves maintaining vendor relationships and providing clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Procurement, and Purchasing methods
• Experience with creating and managing Purchase Orders
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for tracking orders and maintaining records
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used for procurement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the mining and metals industry is an added advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to hybrid work environments
