Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, evaluate suppliers, and develop new vendor sources for timely supply.
Purchase Management: Place orders for materials/services as per requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Store Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock entries, and safe storage of goods.
Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings.
Procurement: Source and procure goods/services needed by the company, following company guidelines.
Purchase Order Creation: Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and maintain related records.

Requirements

Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or store roles.
Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with inventory and purchase software is a plus.
