Your role

Facilitate trade matching and clearing with the OCC for listed option securities: basic knowledge of Listed Options – Call; Put; Exercise; Assignment etc requiredCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade suspense and money discrepancies, ensuring timely trade matching and settlementProcess daily control reports and reconciliationsFamiliarize and deepen knowledge of platforms usedPromptly handle inquiries from branch personnel (research, action, and reply)Process trade correction requestsEscalate issues to local team managementParticipate in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends

P&S services the Global Wealth Management business in the United States, which includes Financial Advisors, Client Service Representatives, and our Global Markets Trading business

Your expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 0-4 Years Of Work Experience In Similar Role.

Able to multi-task and interact with multiple business partners simultaneouslyHighly motivated with the ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environmentWork in a team environmentAttention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
