Public Relations Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate - PR at Cha-Chi Communications in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing PR strategies for clients while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, managing, and executing PR strategies aligned with client objectives. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry stakeholders. - Drafting and editing press releases, thought leadership articles, and media kits with compelling storytelling. - Overseeing media outreach, pitching engaging stories, and securing coverage in top-tier publications. - Monitoring media coverage, analyzing PR metrics, and preparing detailed client reports. - Managing junior PR associates and providing guidance in day-to-day execution. - Planning, coordinating, and executing press events, product launches, and media briefings. - Offering strategic insights on industry trends and competitor activities. To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 3 years of relevant PR/communications experience, preferably in an agency setting. - Strong media relations skills with a proven track record of securing coverage in national and digital platforms. - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. - Solid understanding of digital PR, influencer marketing, and integrated communication strategies. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members effectively. - Willingness to be based in or relocate to Gurgaon for this onsite role.
