Siri Academy is committed to building strong academic foundations and creating impactful collaborations with schools and colleges. Through our Foundation Programs and Management Collaboration Initiatives, we empower institutions with expertise in Academics, Administration, and Marketing, helping them scale with quality education and sustainable growth.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Officer (BDO) will be responsible for driving institutional tie-ups with Schools (for Foundation Programs) and PU Colleges (for Management Collaborations). The role requires a proactive individual who can establish partnerships, build trust with decision-makers, and represent Siri Academy’s vision in Academics, Administration, and Marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:1. School Tie-ups (Foundation Programs):

  • Identify and approach schools for academic partnership opportunities.
  • Present Siri Academy’s Foundation Program benefits to school management.
  • Develop proposals and MoUs to onboard schools.
  • Build long-term relationships with principals, trustees, and administrators.

2. PUC College Tie-ups (Management Collaboration):

  • Engage with PU Colleges for collaborations in Academics, Administration, and Marketing.
  • Present Siri Academy’s model for enhancing institutional efficiency and visibility.
  • Facilitate discussions with management teams and drive agreements.
  • Ensure smooth handholding during the collaboration phase.

3. Business Development & Marketing:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partner institutions.
  • Represent Siri Academy at educational conferences, seminars, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal academic, admin, and marketing teams to deliver results.
  • Track and achieve targets for tie-ups and admissions through partnerships.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building ability.
  • Knowledge of school/college operations and educational ecosystems.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders at management level.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Education Management.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Education Consulting.
  • Prior experience in school/college collaborations is a strong plus.
