Role & responsibilities: Act as the key liaison between the hospital, patients, families, media, and the public. Handle patient queries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring prompt redressal and satisfaction. Manage hospitals public image, media relations, press releases, and communication strategies. Organize and coordinate hospital events, health camps, community outreach programs, and CSR activities. Assist in promoting hospital services, new departments, and specialties through various channels. Coordinate with hospital administration, clinical teams, and marketing for patient engagement initiatives. Maintain records of feedback, public inquiries, and prepare monthly reports for management. Stay updated on healthcare trends, competitor activities, and community needs to recommend outreach strategies. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Hospital Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle patient grievances tactfully and professionally. Knowledge of media handling, digital communication, and branding. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly preferred. Well-groomed, presentable, and committed to hospital’s mission of compassionate care.
