Public Relations Officer

You will be responsible for serving as a full-time Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the Batala region. Your main duties will include establishing and nurturing a network of referring doctors, generating leads, and facilitating the referral of IPD/OPD patients to our hospital in Amritsar. This role will require you to be out in the field, and thus, demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively. Your key responsibilities will involve visiting doctors and clinics in Batala to promote our hospital services, creating enduring referral relationships with general physicians, pediatricians, and specialists, overseeing referred patients" journey to the hospital, and keeping accurate records of leads, referrals, and generated revenue. Additionally, you will be expected to share daily activity reports and monthly performance updates with the management. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate degree in any stream, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in healthcare or pharma. A robust local network in the Batala region, excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills, as well as a willingness to travel locally and achieve field targets are essential attributes for success in this role.
