Certified Nurse

As a Certified Nurse at our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch patient care. You will collaborate with doctors and mental health professionals to ensure the smooth treatment and recovery of our patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer patient care, including medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians. - Assist in managing patients with mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, addiction, and behavioral disorders. - Monitor and document patients" conditions and vital signs. - Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout treatment. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists. - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and aftercare. - Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean, hygienic environment. - Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies. **Qualifications:** - Educational Background: Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing, GNM / BSC. - Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid certification. - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a hospital setting, preferably in neuropsychiatry or mental health. - Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of neuropsychiatric nursing care, ability to handle emotional and mental stress of patients, knowledge of medication administration and safety. **Additional Requirements:** - Must have a compassionate approach to patient care. - Proficiency in both English and Punjabi is preferred. - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
