Certified Nurse

As a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse, you will join our team to assist in providing top-notch patient care. Working closely with our doctors and mental health professionals, you will ensure smooth treatment and recovery for our patients. Your key responsibilities will include administering patient care, including medications and treatments prescribed by physicians, managing patients with mental health conditions, monitoring and documenting patients" conditions and vital signs, providing emotional support to patients and families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients and families on treatment plans and aftercare, ensuring patient safety, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, and accurately documenting patient records in compliance with hospital policies. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing (GNM / BSC) and be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid certification. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in neuropsychiatry or mental health. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of neuropsychiatric nursing care, the ability to handle the emotional and mental stress of patients, and knowledge of medication administration and safety are essential skills required for this role. Your compassionate approach to patient care, proficiency in English and Punjabi, and willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, will be advantageous.
