Public Relations Manager

As a Public Relation Manager at Navabharat Media, your role involves building and maintaining a positive public image for the organization. You will be responsible for developing PR strategies, managing media relations, coordinating events, handling crisis communication, and promoting brand visibility across print, digital, and broadcast platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute PR and communication strategies to enhance brand reputation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers. - Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, and content for internal and external communication. - Coordinate and manage press conferences, media events, product launches, and corporate campaigns. - Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness. - Handle crisis communication and serve as a company spokesperson when needed. - Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. - Strengthen the organization's presence on social media and digital platforms. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Public Relations. - 8-10 years of experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably in the media industry. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, Navabharat Media offers a competitive salary ranging from 45k to 50k CTC per month. The company operates in the media industry, spanning across print, digital, and broadcast platforms. As a Public Relation Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications or General Manager.
