Role Description

This is a part time remote role for a Public Relations Head. The responsibilities include creating and distributing press releases, handling media relations, and managing strategic communications efforts to improve the organization’s public image. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams to develop and execute PR strategies, managing relationships with media outlets, and responding to public and media inquiries effectively. Additionally, the Public Relations Head will work to promote organizational initiatives and oversee communication plans for special events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Press Releases and Media Relations for creating impactful and timely communication materials
• Demonstrated skills in Public Relations and Communication to build and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Expertise in Strategic Communications to design and implement effective outreach and messaging strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle crisis management and dynamic challenges effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools is an advantage
