Job Description

PR & Communications Assistant

  • Assist in drafting and distributing media pitches.
  • Maintain and update media lists and contact databases.
  • Monitor media coverage, prepare media reports, and track PR metrics.
  • Support the content team in creating newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the PR department runs smoothly (e.g., scheduling, reporting).
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, media landscape, and competitor activities.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in PR, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital communications.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
