Public Relations Associate

As a dynamic and proactive PR & Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of public relations and corporate communications strategies. Your responsibilities will include assisting in media relations, content creation, and communications to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation. You will collaborate with the content team to create newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and marketing collateral. Your tasks will involve drafting and distributing media pitches, maintaining and updating media lists and contact databases, monitoring media coverage, preparing media reports, and tracking PR metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the PR department, such as scheduling and reporting. You will also liaise with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets as necessary. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in PR, Communications, or Marketing is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary. An understanding of social media platforms and digital communications is also expected. As a creative thinker with attention to detail, you will contribute to the development of innovative PR and communications strategies. You should be a team player with a proactive and positive attitude, staying updated on industry trends, media landscape, and competitor activities.,
