Daily rounds of the outpatient department to ensure the readiness of the consultation rooms, cleanliness of the department and resource availability OPD scheduling of the consultant’s rooms To liase between the patient and clinical team & Administration. Interaction with the patients to address issues , if any Ensure that there is no delays in the appointment schedule. In case of any delays same to be communicated to the patient. OP feedback collection Reports to be prepared as directed by the HOD Accounts reconciliation to be done on a weekly basis Ambulance coordination for the patient transfer in and transfer out Inventory management in OP Patient Receiving from Admission desk Patient escort from admission desk to ward and briefing them about the facility and the discharge process for both insurance and cash patients. Baby gift to be issued to the patient after the birth and the same to be documented. Discharge summaries- Coordination with Billing & Insurance Team. Preparing for the discharges a day before to reduce the discharge time. Checking on tentative bill amount of the patient and communicating the same. Ensuring that the bill is signed and advance is paid as per the regulations.
