Public Relation Officer

You will be responsible for coordinating activities within the department and ensuring its smooth functioning. This includes monitoring problems in both Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) areas using feedback forms and actual patient visits, computerizing complaints, and informing the concerned heads of departments of pending issues. You will also be in charge of taking corrective actions for service deficiencies, maintaining effective communication between departments, sending appreciation notes to staff based on feedback, and interacting with other department heads to implement suggestions. Additionally, you will assist patients and their attenders during emergencies, identify individuals in need of behavioral training, and ensure patient satisfaction and psychological recovery while hospitalized.
