Qualifications: Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong sales and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport with potential clients. Positive attitude and a results-oriented approach. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
