Public Health Specialist

You will be a core part of the Partnerships team, leading the vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian. This role will involve nurturing business relations, ensuring customer success, and building long-term partnerships. You will have the opportunity to travel across India and work deeply within the healthcare ecosystem. - Build NeoDocs business development strategy - Identify partnership opportunities in Public health - Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders - Initiate and successfully execute pilots, converting them into long-term collaborations - Ensure customer success and maintain continuous communication - Build a feedback loop from partners to internal teams - Co-build case studies with partners - Work closely with internal design and content teams to develop required pitching and enablement materials - Bachelor's degree in MBBS/ BDS - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Enjoy travelling as this role might require travel to partner locations - Excited about working in a startup environment with more ownership, more hustle, and more impact - Focused and goal-oriented - Passionate about solving for the Indian healthcare ecosystem - Bonus: Previous experience in a relevant field,
