Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for conference participation and delegate sales.
  • Reach out to key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries through cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
  • Promote participation in virtual and in-person B2B events across international markets.
  • Deliver and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound activity, including prospecting, calling, emailing, and lead nurturing.
  • Research and understand industry trends to create compelling value propositions for potential clients.
  • Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align outreach with event objectives and content.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on outreach progress, forecasts, and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for recurring sales and referrals.
The Person:
  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in the events, media, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident telephone and email manner.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with cold calling and consultative selling techniques.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Apollo) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with relevant solutions.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business environment.
  • Previous experience in international markets or virtual B2B conferences is a strong advantage.
