• Conduct detailed

  business process analysis

  and requirement assessment within the CMT domain
• Act as a

  subject matter expert on PTC Windchill

  , supporting and enhancing PLM processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Translate business requirements into

  functional and technical specifications

• Design and propose

  process optimization and system improvement solutions

• Support

  PTC Windchill implementation

  , including configuration, customization, and system integrations
• Develop and execute

  test plans

  , ensuring solution quality and performance
• Provide

  user training, documentation, and post-implementation support

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, configurations, and workflows
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure

  successful project execution

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering

  , or related field

• 10–13 years of overall experience

  , including

  3–5 years as a Business Analyst

  working on PTC Windchill
• Strong hands-on experience with

  PTC Windchill and PLM systems

• Solid understanding of

  CMT domain business processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in

  project planning, execution, and stakeholder management

• Ability to work collaboratively in a

  cross-functional team environment

• Experience with

  PLM integrations

  and enterprise systems
• Exposure to

  Agile / SDLC methodologies

• Strong documentation and presentation skills
