Psychology Intern Position Overview: The Psychology Intern will assist in psychometric assessments and career counseling for students. This role requires administering tests, analyzing results, and supporting students in making informed career decisions. Responsibilities: Administer and evaluate psychometric assessments. Organize workshops on personal and professional development. Utilize psychometric tools like MBTI, Big Five, or DISC for assessments. Support the development of customized career guidance modules. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of psychometric tools and their applications. Empathy and ability to understand students’ needs. Proficiency in report writing and analysis. Familiarity with counseling techniques and career development theories.
