As a Skill Mapping and Skill Training Associate at Donams, you will play a crucial role in blending psychological science with AI technology to create personalized educational experiences for students. Your responsibilities will include implementing AI-driven psychometric tests, developing interactive training curricula, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring AI-psychometrics advancements, and evaluating student outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Masters in Psychology with a focus on psychometrics or educational psychology, possess a strong understanding of modern psychometric theories and evidence-based interventions, and demonstrate a passion for leveraging psychology and AI for social impact through academic projects or internships. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and enhance AI-driven psychometric assessments to measure cognitive, emotional, and social skills. - Develop personalized curricula with real-time analytics and adaptive feedback using AI technology. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and educators to integrate psychological frameworks into VidhyaDhan features. - Stay updated on AI-psychometrics advancements and propose new applications. - Use data to track student outcomes and share insights with stakeholders. Qualifications: - Masters in Psychology (Clinical, Educational, I/O) or Social Work, with emphasis on psychometrics or educational psychology. - Strong grounding in modern psychometric theories and evidence-based interventions. - Excellent communication skills to convey research insights to non-specialists. - Passion for using psychology and AI for social impact demonstrated through academic projects or internships.
