SKILLS REQUIRED :-

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in psychology
Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office skills
Research Skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Assist in conducting psychological assessments, screenings, and evaluations
Provide individual counseling and support to Pehchaan
Conduct research and gather data to support evidence-based practices and program development.
Assist in organizing and facilitating psychoeducational workshops and Organizing group therapy sessions.
Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of psychology and mental health through self-study
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
