Psychology Intern

As an Intern at our company, you will be involved in various core work areas such as Research and Development, Psychometric, Content Development, and Translation Activities. Your role will require a keen interest in Psychological Research and a strong educational background in Industrial-Organizational or Clinical Psychology. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - Undertake Primary and Secondary Research for developing new Constructs and Psychometric Tools as per the requirement. - Obtain data from different sources and conduct data analysis to establish the Reliability and Validity of the developed Psychometric Tools. - Research and develop content for test reports and related documents for Internal and External purposes. - Translate training and test-related content into various languages as per personal proficiency levels. - Conduct Market Research to stay updated and understand the Psychometric Market Trends. - Perform other miscellaneous activities as assigned after training. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational or Clinical Psychology with a minimum score of 70%. - Educational Cutoff: 70% in 10th and 12th grades, with Mathematics in class 12th preferable. - Fresher with knowledge of Foundational Concepts in Psychometrics, Psychology, and Psychological Research. - Familiarity with Industry Trends is preferable. - Proficiency in MS Office, with SPSS skills being preferable. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values growth and development. This Internship position is for a 6-month contract with day shift schedule. The work location is in Puna, Maharashtra, and the ability to commute or relocate to this area is preferred.
