Your primary responsibility will be communicating with prospective clients who need help, understand their concerns, psycho-educate and assign the right expert. Along with that, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining content on social media through Canva, conducting para-psychology tasks, first-responding, working collaboratively with other mental health professionals, & scheduling and maintaining confidential records. You will be a part of constant training programs and upskilling sessions.
