We are looking for a qualified and passionate Psychology Faculty to conduct engaging and interactive online sessions across various psychology domains. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create effective learning materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct interactive online classes for various psychology courses such as Post Graduate Diplomas, Counselling Psychology, Child Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, etc.
• Develop high-quality teaching materials, including PowerPoint presentations, course notes, and case studies aligned with course objectives.
• Assist in curriculum design by researching emerging psychological trends, theories, and practical applications.
• Manage session coordination — attendance tracking, student engagement, and follow-ups.
• Guide students through assignments, assessments, and one-on-one doubt-clearing sessions.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent teaching standards and high learner satisfaction.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Psychology – mandatory
• Prior teaching, training, or relevant professional experience is required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint for creating academic content
• Ability to handle virtual classroom tools and online teaching platforms effectively
