Role Overview: As a Psychology Faculty Member at 10X International School in Bangalore, you will be responsible for teaching Psychology to students in Grades 9-12. Your role will involve delivering inquiry-led lessons, mentoring students in Life Entrepreneurship projects, guiding research and portfolios, collaborating with peers, integrating digital tools and AI platforms, and supporting school-wide initiatives such as Genius Day and STEAM League. This position is ideal for a passionate educator with a PhD in Psychology who can combine subject expertise with mentorship and project guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Teach Psychology to students in Grades 9-12 following the Accelerated Curriculum and IBDP-aligned learning outcomes. - Deliver inquiry-led lessons that incorporate design thinking, real-world application, and interdisciplinary connections. - Mentor students in Life Entrepreneurship projects, integrating psychological principles into social innovation and leadership. - Guide individual research, extended essays, and college-ready portfolios. - Collaborate with peers across disciplines to support holistic student growth. - Integrate digital tools, AI platforms, and innovation-driven assessments into classroom practices. - Support school-wide initiatives, exhibitions, and events like Genius Day and STEAM League. Qualifications: - PhD in Psychology from a recognized university is mandatory. - Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the high school or undergraduate level. - Experience with IB, Cambridge, or other international curricula is preferred. - Strong communication skills and experience mentoring students in research or social impact work. - Passion for innovation, education reform, and next-generation learning methods. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving academic environment.,
